Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase from D&G Homes. While we pack everything with utmost care, if something goes wrong, here’s how returns work:
1. Returns are accepted only if the product is wrong, damaged, or has a manufacturing defect.
2. A return request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving your order.
3. All requests go through our Quality Assurance team for approval before processing.
4. Our products are handmade hence slight differences in texture, color, or size are natural and add to their uniqueness. These are not considered defects.
5. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons like change of mind or personal preference.
