Shipping policy

We ship our products across India. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders. Because many of our products are fragile and handcrafted, we use custom and protective packaging to ensure safe delivery. Shipping charges include packaging, handling, and logistics costs. A portion of these costs is subsidized by D&G Homes, and the remaining portion is charged to the customer at checkout.

Order Processing & Delivery

  • Ready-to-ship items are usually processed within 1–3 business days

  • Made-to-order pieces require 1–2 weeks for production before they are dispatched

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and product type

  • You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Size and weight of the order

  • Special packaging requirements

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on selected pin codes and orders. Additional verification may be required for COD orders.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.
